How does pricing work?
We don't use weighing scales. Pricing is flat-rate based on bag size: Small Tote (~$8), Standard Hamper (~$12), or Large Trash Bag (~$18). Hosts set their own specific prices, so check the app for local rates.
Do I have to bring my own detergent?
Not usually! Hosts provide standard detergent (like Tide or Gain) and often have a Hypoallergenic option. If you have specific needs, you can select "Bring My Own" in the app for a discount.
How do I get paid as a Host?
We use Stripe Connect. Payments are collected from the guest when you accept the order. Once the order is marked complete, funds are transferred to your bank account instantly (or weekly, depending on your settings).
What if my clothes get damaged?
We cover up to $1,000 per order for damaged or lost items, so you can have peace of mind.
How long does it take?
Most orders are completed within 24 hours. You can track the status in real-time through the app.
